Wonderful venue, cheap food, favourable location to dataran Pahlawan shopping mall. Reasonably large room itself with TV, hair dryer, Water Boiler. Location near shop as well as Jonker Street at the weekends.

Excellent location, near shops, night market, bars, and historical attractions. Best hotel experience, comfortable room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Convenient location with easy access to food and private car park. Friendly and helpful staff, with complimentary lime juice and newspaper.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cool hotel with very-very nice and courteous staff on this special request. Had the suite which was unique for improvement for cleanliness. Finally, the venue's restaurant was great for breakfast.

The hotel staff was wonderful; friendly and efficient.The location couldn't be better and the room was very pretty.
The lack of an elevator. It's a renovated older building so an elevator isn't practical. There was a porter instantly available to help with the bags though.

The hotel is located right on the famous Jonker Street, in the heart of the bustling Jonker area. It's so convenient to be able to explore the main attractions of the city without having to travel far. Additionally, they provide private parking, which is a huge plus for those who are driving. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with two comfortable queen beds.
The only downside was the lack of an elevator, especially for guests staying on the upper levels.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the complementary breakfast in bed and the free champagne bottle upon arrival. The hotel is very close to the night market, which was a lively and fun experience. We also appreciated having a bathtub in our room, which was perfect for a relaxing bubble bath for two.
The bathroom was a major disappointment. The step into the shower was too high and slippery, making it a safety hazard.
